This wide plank Rustic Red Oak flooring is a wonderful addition to our growing line of solid plank floors. This is a gorgeous alternative to our reclaimed flooring. If you are looking at plain strip flooring, this could be a good choice for you at a great price.
While not one of our reclaimed woods, this Rustic Red Oak has a unique natural rustic character that is elegant and beautiful. The flooring to the right has a Waterlox Truetone stain.
Lumber from standing dead red oak trees is used to make this flooring. Gypsy Moth and a variety of other reasons can cause mature Red Oak trees to die in the woods. Harvesting this exceptional lumber from trees like this is another small way we can practice good stewardship in helping to manage healthy forests.
This flooring has great characteristics like some small worm holes, scattered knots, saw marks and slight color variations. The photo to the left shows the flooring with a natural finish.
This picture shows the beautiful grain of Red Oak and why it is one of our more popular floors. The saw marks make it very unique for new flooring and are sure to make it the center of attention in your home. The photo to the right shows the flooring with a Waterlox TrueTone stain.
